a.       Birth certificate-original

b.      Marriage certificate (civil or religious) -copy

c.       Vaccination certificates -copies

d.      Occulist & ear,nose & throat certificates- copies

e.       The 2 most recent pay slips, if parents are employees

f.        Sworn statement of IGV if parents are self-employed

g.       Matriculation forms as required

h.       Proof of no outstanding debt with prior school

·         Personal interview with the Headmaster, once documentation and exam results are available.

Matriculation will be from 18th to 29th December 2007, for all grades. After this date provided vacancies exist.

 The matriculation fee, which is S/. 560.00 New Soles includes:

-All copybooks received at the start of the year

-Use of Computing facilities, internet, language laboratory, science labs, library, gymnasium, photocopies- not booklets- and software licensing.

-Accident Insurance.

- Leader Magazine, Term Bulletins, and School Calendar, when available.

The confirmation of matriculation for all students will be from 14th to 29th February,2008.

COST:         annual cost                 S/. 5,600.oo

Fees are payable in 10 monthly quotas from February  to November onwardson the last day of the month; overdue fees will incur interest. From the second quota onwards payment will only be made in Scotiabank Perú, or whichever bank is indicated.

The fees for Pre-Kinder, Kinder and Primary 1 are subject to special discounts, as are the fees for siblings.

Children of Old Boys & Girls are subject to special discounts.

The fees include, without further charge, the following activities -

·        ·       Homework Supervision.( Minimum groups of 15 pupils)

·        ·       Learning support, when necessary.

·        ·       Extra curricular activities such as: Volleyball, football, gymnastics, art, speech therapy, cookery, Karate, Ballet etc.

·             All travel costs for educational visits, entry fees, guided tours etc., in the school year which take place in Metropolitan Lima as far as Chosica.

·        ·        In February, revision classes are available for 3 weeks, at a cost of S/.80.00 to cover materials used.
